Napoli defender and reported Liverpool target Faouzi Ghoulam, will cost the Baggies a whopping £17.3 million if they want to sign him according to a report on in Italy.
The Serie A side are reluctant to sell Ghoulam as he is a key part of their squad but should an offer in the region of £17 million be made, they may consider selling the player.
Ghoulam, 26, is about to be offered a new contract by Napoli as his current deal expires next summer. The left-back registered six assists in the Italian top flight this season.

West Brom are also said to are keen to lure the player to the Premier League as manager Tony Pulis looks to strengthen his defensive unit. The most the Baggies have ever signed a player for is £13 million when they signed Nacer Chadli from fellow Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.
However, they would have to smash their club record fee to secure the services of Ghoulam, whereas the fee seems to be one that Liverpool could easily afford if they so wish.
Liverpool used James Milner at left-back last year and as it looks like Alberto Moreno could be leaving, so a new left-back could well be brought in this summer.
