Norwich City sporting director Stuart Webber has laughed off speculation linking his side with a £15m swoop for Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
Webber has rubbished the claims that Norwich are interested in signing Mignolet, especially for £15m.
The Canaries are set to play in the Premier League next season after securing promotion from the Championship – winning the title earlier this month.

Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich have all been touted with interest in Mignolet, but the newly-promoted side can now be ruled out as contenders for his signature.
Speaking to The Pink’Un, Webber said this:
Simon Mignolet. I have to say that made me laugh. Nothing against him, he is a top keeper, but just the figures.
That would be the most crazy one I can think of. When I see us linked to keepers for £15m I just smile. Who comes up with this? Why would we do that? It is not right.
The Belgian shot-stopper failed to play a single minute in the Premier League this season as he played second fiddle to Alisson – who was awarded the Golden Glove for keeping 21 clean sheets.
