Liverpool striker Divock Origi was quick to praise his teammates following the club’s Champions League win on Saturday.
The club secured their sixth Champions League title with a 2-0 win over Tottenham – Jurgen Klopp’s first trophy with Liverpool.
It was the perfect start for Liverpool, as they were handed a penalty after just 23 seconds. Mo Salah stepped up and converted to make it 1-0 to the Reds.
Tottenham then controlled the flow of the game but failed to take advantage of the chances they were creating – with Alisson also making a few vital saves.

The game, and title, was then sealed as Divock Origi came off the bench to lash home a shot from just inside the box with three minutes to play.
Speaking to BT Sport on the pitch after the game, Origi said this:
We’ve done it,
I think it’s first about the team. I’m happy that I could play my part but every guy fought so hard. It’s just passion.
You can see the fans, it’s a special day for Liverpool.
