The young defender will line up for the Scottish club for the 2017/18 campaign as he looks to build up his experience of first-team football.
Randall is too far down the pecking order at Liverpool to really have an impact for the coming season, and this has prompted the Reds to seek a temporary move away for their promising youngster.

The 21-year-old has made eight senior appearances for Liverpool so far, and he made his debut back in 2015 in the League Cup.
Randall is sure to find more first-team opportunities at Hearts on a more consistent basis, with him hoping to come back to Anfield a better player in the summer of 2018.
