Liverpool have seen a bid for Roma goalkeeper Allison rejected, according to reports in Italy.
II Tempo, as reported by the Metro, claim that the Giallorossi have told the Reds that they want £44 million in return for the goalkeeper.
Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the player in recent weeks.
Allison has been one of the standout performers of the season in Italy as he makes the Roma number one spot his own.
The Brazilian struggled to break into the Roma side last season, featuring as a number two behind Wojciech Szczęsny.
Liverpool’s goalkeeper situation has once again dominated their season, with Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet battling for the number one spot.
Despite rotating between the two, Klopp has recently named Karius as his number one choice, until the summer at least.
Roma may need to sell this summer to avoid Financial Fair Play charges but have also expressed their desire to keep the goalkeeper at the club.
