Liverpool have been handed a timely boost, as key man Sadio Mane has returned to full training.
The Daily Mail reports that the Senegal international participated in the sessions with the Reds’ first-team squad for the first time since he suffered a serious hamstring injury while representing his country during the international break.
Mane has been sidelined since early October but is set to be back in a Liverpool shirt in the near future, as the Reds enter a vital phase of the season.

The 25-year-old appears to have recovered in a far more efficient fashion than what was initially expected. There was a consensus that Mane would miss all of Liverpool’s games up to December, but he looks to be on course to return almost immediately.
Liverpool take on West Ham in the Premier League next following their comprehensive 3-0 win over NK Maribor in the Champions League group stages on Wednesday evening.
