Salah deletes all Social Media

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has intriguingly deleted all of his social media accounts, the Daily Mail reports.

The Egyptian striker appears to have deleted all of his social media accounts on Wednesday morning where his followers number in the millions, after a cryptic tweet the night previous.

Liverpool’s star striker took to Twitter on Tuesday night to post: “2019 Resolution: Time to get in touch, for real”.

Salah has deleted his Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts without warning, with fans receiving “Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!” messages when trying to navigate onto his Twitter profile, and “The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.” when attempting to access his Instagram page.

At present it is not clear as to why the Egyptian has deleted his accounts or whether it was deliberate.

Some fans are stating that it is a mere New Year’s resolution to remove himself from the online world, whereas others are questioning whether it is related to the disputes the striker has had with the Egyptian Football Association over his image rights.
