Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has seen his fine form rewarded with a nomination for the Premier League’s Player of the Month award.
The London Evening Standard reports that Salah will go head-to-head with Eden Hazard, Kevin De Bruyne, Richarlison, Ashley Young and Xherden Shaqiri to win the award.
Salah has been tipped as the favourite after scoring seven goals throughout November, including one against his former side Chelsea when the sides met at Anfield.

The Egyptian winger became the first Premier League player to reach double figures in goals this season, with 16 to his name in all competitions already.
Voting opens for the award on Friday 1 December and then closes on Monday 4 December.
Salah could become the second Liverpool player to win the Player of the Month award this season after Sadio Mane won it in August.
Manchester City’s Leroy Sane and Tottenham’s Harry Kane are also previous winners of the award this season.
