Mohamed Salah completes next move after stellar Liverpool career

Mohamed Salah is set to sign for Trabzonspor in Turkey according to reports from Fabrizio Romano.

Salah left Liverpool at the end of the 2025/26 season after he and the club mutually agreed to end his contract. This brought an end to the nine year spell that he had the club, which gave Liverpool some of their most successful times in recent memory.

Salah’s Liverpool career

Mohamed Salah left Liverpool with two Premier League titles, a Champions League, an FA Cup and a League Cup.
In 442 games for the club, he scored 257 goals, including 191 goals.

This made Salah Liverpool’s all-time top Premier League scorer and put him fourth on the list for goals overall. 94 assists made him the join-sixth all-time assisted in the league.

The move to Trabzonspor

Salah has signed on a two-year contract at Trabzonspor and the Turkish club are already looking to make a big impression to the winger as they have released the details of when he will arrive at the local airport.

Travzonspor finished third in the Turkish Super Lig last season and will play in the Europa League next season.
