Adam Lallana and Bobby Duncan pick up injuries on US tour

Adam Lallana or Bobby Duncan Have both picked up minor injuries on Liverpool’s tour of the USA.

As reported by Goal’s Neil Jones, the pair were left out of the squad to face Borussia Dortmund after picking up minor issues in the training sessions prior to the gam

Lallana picked up a dead leg whilst Duncan suffered a minor foot injury. The pair, having been declared unfit for the game against Jurgen Klopp’s former club, will continue to be assessed ahead of the games against Sevilla on Sunday and Sporting Lisbon on Thursday. 

Both players will be keen to get back to fitness so they can play a part in the two remaining tour games, as well as the clashes against Napoli and Lyon in Scotland and Switzerland, respectively.

Lallana has been touted for a position change to a deeper role so he could do with some minutes in that new position whilst Duncan will be desperate to impress the coaches and the fans watching the game.
