Bruce Grobbelaar on Alisson: He’s a world class goalkeeper!

If anybody knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a successful goalkeeper for Liverpool, it’s Bruce Grobbelaar.

Grobbelaar won six league titles with the Reds during his 14-year spell at Anfield, as well as three FA Cups, three League Cups and, famously, the European Cup too.

During an interview with Paul Machin of The Redmen TV, Grobbelaar was asked for his thoughts on Liverpool’s new goalkeeper; Alisson.

Grobbelaar was full of praise for the Brazilian, but also said he needs to prove that he can play to a high standard all season for the Reds.
