Borussia Dortmund have made the first move in the race to sign Liverpool target Dani Olmo.
According to Calciomercato, the Bundesliga outfit have made contact with the player’s agent to discuss a move to Germany.
The report claims that the player could be on the move during the January window, with Dortmund looking to act quickly to secure a deal.

Olmo, who came through the ranks at Barcelona, is impressing at Dinamo Zagreb and is attracting interest from some of Europe’s big hitters.
Liverpool were among those to be linked with a move for the Spanish youth international, with the player’s agent confirming interest from the Premier League.
Dortmund have built up a reputation in recent years for signing some of Europe’s best young players to provide a platform for a bigger and better move further down the line. However, Jurgen Klopp will be hoping he can steal the march on his former side this time around.
