Jurgen Klopp has fired a warning to Liverpool’s owners and the producers of LFC TV by explaining that he will leave the club if they try to put cameras in the Reds’ changing room.
Speaking at his press conference, Klopp was asked for his thoughts on the footage of Jesse Marsch’s half-time team talk which was released by RB Salzburg and if he’d ever allow cameras record his talks to the team.
His answer was simple and effective:
If LFC TV ever put a camera in the dressing room, I would leave the club!
LFC TV do have cameras all around the stadium on matchdays, and they release footage from places like the tunnel and pitchside, seemingly with Klopp’s blessing but it seems like the changing room is one step too far.
Some teams, such as Manchester City, have allowed a documentary team into their dressing room in recent years but it looks like that’s off the table with Klopp.
