Paris Saint-Germain made a serious attempt to sign Fabinho from Liverpool late last years, according to a report from Le 10 Sport, as cited by Tribal Football.
The Brazilian only joined the Reds in the summer but PSG apparently made an approach to sign him just a few months later but they were told that the midfielder was not for sale.
When Fabinho hardly featured for Liverpool during his few months at the club as he came to grips with what was being asked of him by Jurgen Klopp but recently, he’s been a regular in the side and has performed well.
It is worth noting that the player himself had no interest in leaving the Reds to move to the French champions and both he and his wife were keen to let Liverpool fans know that he intends to stay at the club for a long time.
