Whilst almost every fan and pundit seems to think that the fight for the Premier League title is a two-horse race, Tottenham forward Heung-min Son says that his side believes that they are still in with a real shot of winning the famous trophy.
Tottenham’s midweek win over Watford saw them gain ground on City and Liverpool, as they both dropped points. Pep Guardiola’s men suffered a shock 2-1 defeat away to Newcastle, whilst Liverpool were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Leicester.
Spurs are now just two points behind second-placed Man City and seven behind league leaders Liverpool and Son thinks that his side are capable of overtaking both clubs.

Speaking after the Watford game, he said:
I don’t care if the people saying Liverpool or Man City are going to win the title. We are still there, we’re going for it. We have to just focus on ourselves and in every single game, get three points, that’s the most important. The season is still long. In this time, so many things can happen.
Spurs face Newcastle at home on Saturday and have a chance to move into second place, at least temporarily, as City don’t play until Sunday afternoon where they’ll face Arsenal at the Etihad.
Liverpool, meanwhile, will take on West Ham at the London Stadium on Monday evening.
