Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has admitted that it would be a dream to play for Liverpool.
Speaking to French outlet Canal Plus, as reported by the Metro, Doucoure spoke up the chances of joining Liverpool in the future.
Liverpool is a club that needs no introduction, I was impatient to play there at Anfield, I wanted to feel the atmosphere. For me it would be a dream to play for a club like this.
I am grateful to Watford, I have the confidence of this club, it is the one who revealed [the Premier League] to me, if there is an offer, we will discuss to find the best solution. Everyone wants to play in the Champions League, the big competitions.
The midfielder has impressed for Watford this season, prompting Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs all to take interest in the player.

All three clubs have been linked with a summer move for the player and Watford could be tempted to sell at the end of the current season.
The 25-year-old has scored seven times in the Premier League this season and has played a key role in Watford’s success this season.
With Emre Can being linked with moves away from Liverpool this summer, Doucoure could be seen as a potential squad player that can bulk out Jurgen Klopp’s options going into next season.
Juventus are widely expected to secure the signature of the German midfielder this summer when his contract expires.
