Liverpool midfielder Emre Can’s future remains incredibly uncertain, with Juventus and Bayern Munich still keen to land him in the summer.
The German international’s contract expires at the end of the season and speculation has continued to surround Can as the summer draws ever closer.
Juventus were expected to be the midfielder’s next destination but Can has been stalling on their offer for some time now. However, according to reports from Italy, the Serie A leaders will not be incentivising their proposal to the German any further and will once again place the ball in his court.
Can is also wanted by Bayern Munich, with the Bundesliga giants keen to bolster their midfield options even further.
It seems certain now that Can will not be putting pen to paper on a new and improved contract at Liverpool despite their best efforts. However, he may need to make his mind up quickly with regards to his next destination, with Juve becoming increasingly impatient.
