Stoke City want to see a decision made in swift fashion with regards to Xherdan Shaqiri’s future at the club, as a move to Liverpool edges closer.
According to claims from the Liverpool Echo, the Potters are hopeful that an agreement can be reached between all parties, with the Reds looking likely to sign the Swiss international in the coming days.
Shaqiri emerged as a target for Jurgen Klopp in recent times, with the German manager looking to add further depth to his attacking options.

The former Bayern Munich and Inter Milan player will surely be set for a role as a backup option to Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, with the duo having been in electrifying form throughout last season.
Shaqiri is understood to have a £12m release clause included in his deal at Stoke, which has piqued the interest of potential suitors such as Liverpool.
The Reds also want to add Nabil Fekir from Lyon to their squad, with Klopp pressing ahead with plans to add further quality to his already strong options going forward.
