Liverpool striker Divock Origi is to be given the chance to reignite his career by Turkish giants Galatasaray in January, according to a report on Talksport.
The Belgium international forward has found it difficult to break into the first team this season, especially because of the form of Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge.
Origi spent last season on loan in the German Bundesliga with Wolfsburg, where he managed to put in some impressive performances, but did not make a move during the summer because he wanted to fight for his place at the Merseyside club.
However, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp doesn’t seem to have Origi in his plans at Anfield and Galatasaray are interested in signing him when the transfer window opens in January.
The 23-year-old’s situation is being monitored by Galatasaray, who are understood to be keen on an initial loan deal with the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
With Origi finding it hard for first-team minutes this season, Galatasaray could offer him plenty of playing time.
