Sturridge receives FA charge of betting allegations
Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has found himself in hot water following emerging reports claiming that he has breached The FA’s Betting Rules, it has been confirmed.
The England international has been charged with misconduct following these revelations and will now have until 6pm on Tuesday 20 November to respond to these allegations.
Sturridge had been involved for Liverpool frequently in the early stages of the season but has been less influential in recent weeks.
