Liverpool fans react to promising injury update on Thiago

Some Liverpool fans have been reacting to a report suggesting Thiago is nearing a return from injury.

The 29-year-old joined the Reds from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window, with many viewing it as a significant piece of business.

Thiago has been limited to just 135 minutes of playing time, however, making his debut in the second half away to Chelsea in September, before playing the whole game away to Everton the following month.

The Spaniard was injured in that game and hasn’t featured since, but Sunday World‘s Kevin Palmer claims he could return by the end of this month.

It would be a massive boost to Liverpool if that proves to be the case, allowing them to welcome a truly world-class midfielder back to the fold, at a time when injuries are affecting the Reds badly.

These Liverpool supporters took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the update.
