Liverpool midfielder Emre Can appears to be edging ever closer to sealing a move to Juventus this summer.
The German international’s contract at Anfield expires at the end of the season and despite efforts from Jurgen Klopp to convince him otherwise, Can is seemingly intent on seeking pastures new.
Juventus have long been linked with a move for Can and it’s claimed by TMW, as per a report from talkSPORT, that talks are progressing well between both parties.
It’s stated that Can and his representatives are well into the final stages of negotiations over a summer move, with Liverpool’s hopes of the midfielder committing his future to the club all but over.
Can is currently sidelined with an injury that has hindered his ability to feature in recent weeks. He will, in fact, miss the rest of the season for Liverpool.
With Juventus closing in, it seems Can has played his last game for the Reds.
