Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he will continue with to rotate his side’s attacking options, and has admitted top scorer Mohamed Salah was withdrawn after an hour against Everton due to a slight hamstring issue, the Independent report.
Klopp surprisingly named Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino among the substitutes for Sunday’s Merseyside Derby draw against Everton but it has emerged that neither were 100% fit to play.
When asked about Salah’s early withdrawal, the Reds boss admitted the Egyptian was taken off with a slight hamstring problem.

Klopp is expected to change his side again ahead of West Brom’s visit to Anfield, with Salah potentially being the high-profile absentee from the starting 11.
Talking ahead of the Reds’ midweek fixture, Klopp spoke about his rotation policy.
We have to do it [rotate the squad]. Seven games in 21 days before Everton and now six games in 18 days. We cannot ignore the number of games. I don’t throw something [names] in the air and catch them and say: “Ooh! This week, they are in!”
Liverpool will be looking to regain their place in the top four with a victory over West Brom on Wednesday, ahead of a busy Christmas period for Klopp and his side.
