Liverpool are reportedly seriously considering a summer swoop to re-sign Suso from AC Milan.
The 24-year-old has established himself as one of Milan’s most important players in recent times and has subsequently caught the attention of clubs across Europe.
Suso progressed through the ranks at Liverpool after joining the youth academy in 2010 but failed to truly live up to his potential at the club.
However, he has impressed during his tenure in Italy and according to Calciomercato, Liverpool are strongly contemplating making a move for Suso in the summer transfer window.
The Reds will be out to further reinforce their attacking options in the summer, with Philippe Coutinho still yet to be replaced following his January transfer to Barcelona.
It’s claimed that Suso’s contract at San Siro includes a buyout clause worth €40 million, which Liverpool may be tempted to activate if they are indeed out to recruit the impressive Spanish playmaker.
