A number of Liverpool fans have been reacting to the news that the Reds are attempting to sign Ozan Kabak on deadline day.
According to Sky Sports journalist Max Bielefeld on Twitter, the Premier League champions are looking to get a last-minute deal over the line on Monday, even lining up a medical for the Schalke centre-back.
Kabak has been linked with Liverpool in the past, but he has not been in the conversation this month.
The Reds are desperate to bring in a new centre-back in this transfer window, as they address the injury crisis at centre-back.
Jurgen Klopp is currently having to make do without all four of Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip and Fabinho, highlighting the need for reinforcements for the second half of the season.
