Liverpool have reportedly made a formal approach to sign midfielder Jorginho from Napoli this summer.
According to an exclusive report from Brazilian news outlet UOL, the Reds are growing increasingly keen to tie up a deal for the midfielder this summer and have made their first official move for the Napoli star.
The Reds have identified the Italian international as one of their primary targets ahead of the summer transfer window and are reportedly prepared to wait for Jorginho to make a decision on his future.

It’s stated in the report that Jorginho will assess his future at the end of the season, with Liverpool’s interest evidently concrete.
The Reds are on the lookout to replace Emre Can, with the German set to move on at the end of the season, and Jorginho is understood to be keen on testing himself away from Serie A.
Liverpool will hope to tie up a deal for Jorginho as soon as they can, as they continue to prepare for next season.
