Liverpool winger Sadio Mane has calmed concerns surrounding his ongoing contractual situation at the club.
As quoted by the Liverpool Echo, the Senegal international was quick to dismiss claims that he is reconsidering his future at Anfield, insisting that a new deal is currently the least of his concerns.
Following Mane’s move from Southampton in 2016, he has been an integral part of Jurgen Klopp’s plans at Liverpool, featuring on the left of an ever-dynamic front three.

Mane’s form and consistent displays alongside Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah throughout last season earned him plenty of plaudits, and he has been productive once again this term.
From 14 appearances in all competitions, Mane has found the net on seven occasions and has also contributed with an assist.
Speaking about whether or not he will be signing a new deal at Liverpool in the near future, the enigmatic attacker said:
I am more focused on the games, things like contracts I leave with my agent. I am happy and concentrating on giving my best for my team-mates, my manager and the fans.
