Liverpool signed Ozan Kabak on deadline day at the beginning of the week, with the 20-year-old sealing a loan move from struggling Bundesliga side Schalke.
There will be an option for the Reds to sign the centre-back permanently at the end of the season, should he impress in the coming months.
Kabak was a much-needed addition for Jurgen Klopp’s Premier League champions, as they continue to battle a freak injury situation in defence.
Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip are all out for the rest of the season, making the need for reinforcements clear to see.
Kabak is still awaiting his Liverpool debut – that is unlikely to come against Manchester City on Sunday, as he continues to adapt to life at his new club – with fans no doubt excited to see what he can offer.
We’ve created this quiz all about the Reds’ newest acquisition to test how much you know about the Turkey international.
Best of luck…
