Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos has hit back at Jurgen Klopp after the Liverpool manager labelled him as “ruthless and brutal” following the Champions League final at the end of last season.
Klopp saw his Liverpool side fall short at the final hurdle of the competition, as Real were able to lift their third consecutive Champions League title after a comprehensive 3-1 victory.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah was forced off in the opening exchanges of the clash with a dislocated shoulder after an incident involving a challenge from Ramos.

Klopp responded in a rueful manner and slammed Ramos’ conduct, implying that his challenge was with the intention of doing damage to Salah.
The Real Madrid man has since hit back at Klopp and, as quoted by ESPN, has urged him to “stick to his own business”.
I’m not going to highlight this again. I’ve given my view before of what happened, it was not intentional. [Salah] pulled my arm first. It’s not the first final [Klopp] has lost, he should stick to his own business. Some of us have been operating at a very high level for many years, I’m not sure he can say the same.
Liverpool will be hoping to enjoy a similar run to the final of the most illustrious competition in club football this season, while Real Madrid will attempt to regain the title once more.
