Solanke ruled out of Arsenal game

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Liverpool will be without Dominic Solanke for the game against Arsenal over the weekend.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, as reported by Carl Markham, Klopp confirmed that the young striker is suffering from muscle injuries and will miss the game.

Solanke had been hoping to be involved for the Reds in the near future, but a loan move away from Anfield in January is looking increasingly likely.

Rangers have been tipped to sign the player on loan, while there is also believed to be several Premier League clubs queuing up to sign the striker.

Huddersfield and Crystal Palace have been credited with an interest, but it remains to be seen what Liverpool have in store for the player.

Solanke has been unable to break into Liverpool’s side on a regular basis since joining from Chelsea and is in need of regular game time to get his development back on track.
