Defender Virgil van Dijk has called for his Liverpool team-mates to have ‘no regrets’ at the end of the current campaign, the Daily Star report.
Jurgen Klopp’s side host Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon and could well find themselves in second place ahead of the fixture if Manchester City defeat Fulham on Saturday lunchtime.
The Reds are looking to end a 29-year wait for a league title this season and could also claim European glory in the Champions League after an impressive season.

Dutch international van Dijk has been one of Liverpool’s stand out performers this season, and talking ahead of the game with Tottenham, the towering defender issued a rallying cry to his team-mates regarding the pressures of the run-in.
The most important thing is to enjoy it.
We have to give it our all and make sure we have no regrets at the end of it.
The 27-year-old, who joined from Southampton just over a year ago for £75 million, then went on to add that winning trophies was a key reason in why he decided to move to Anfield.
It’s definitely what I wanted.
You hope to be in this kind of position – challenging for the Premier League title, being as far as we are in the Champions League now and reaching the final last season.
I think the ultimate thing would be winning something with Liverpool and we still have any chance to win it. So let’s just go for it.
