Interest is mounting in the player, but new Bayern Munich boss Niko Kovac is ready to move for the forward and the German champions are said to be Rebic’s prefered destination.
It is believed that any deal for Rebic would cost around €50 million but it is unknown if Bayern would be willing to pay that.
Rebic impressed at Frankfurt last season under Kovac and has also gone on to star at the World Cup for Croatia in Russia.
The duo also worked together during Kovac’s time in charge of the Croatian national team.
Liverpool are in the market for two attacking players. One of those looks certain to be Xherdan Shaqiri, and it looks like Rebic could be the other if the Reds get their way.
