Liverpool youngster Kaide Gordon joined the first-team training session on Tuesday to cap off a fabulous week.

As the senior Reds continued to prepare for a rearranged Manchester United clash on Thursday night at Old Trafford, the 16-year-old was pictured in the mix with the stars.

This came just a day after the highly-rated Gordon scored on his debut for the under-23s against their Leicester City counterparts – continuing to catch the eye since his arrival from Derby County in January.

As cited by LFC Transfer Room on Twitter, the teenager seemed to be enjoying himself as an onrushing Sadio Mane and fitness coach Andreas Kornmayer watched on.

Since joining the young Reds in February, the England youth prospect has played eight times in the U18 Premier League for Liverpool – scoring six and registering three assists.
