Another day, another award for Mohamed Salah!
The Liverpool star has won the PFA Fans’ Player of the Year award after claiming a huge 89% of votes.
Salah was voted as the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month on four separate occasions during the 2017/18 season, so it’s little surprise to see him win this award, to add to his Premier League Golden Boot, PFA Players’ Player of the Year, Premier League Player of the Year and Football Writers’ Player of the Year awards.
Salah, who broke a Premier League record by scoring 32 goals in a 38 game season, was voted the winner in a landslide victory, ahead of David de Gea (Manchester United), Kevin de Bruyne (Manchester City), Eden Hazard (Chelsea), Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) and Raheem Sterling (Manchester City).
Salah will be hoping to add a Champions League winners medal to his haul of accolades when Liverpool face Real Madrid in the final of the competition on Saturday evening.
